Sprint Corp, generally known as Sprint, is a United States telecom firm that delivers wireless services. It is the fourth biggest mobile network operator in the USA and at present, they are the only US service provider offering the recent BlackBerry-branded handset made by TCL named Blackberry KEYone. People who bought SprintKeyone are now complaining about the bloatware apps of sprint getting immediately installed, after uninstalling and it cannot be disabled or removed thereafter.
A Reddit user named gigatigga2 has posted his complaint in BlackBerry – Reddit. According to him, this app operates nearly every 15 minutes to check the phone and be sure that a large amount of bloatware remains installed and hasn’t been disabled. The SprintID app scans the device from time to time and if this app found these bloat wares removed then it will download all of them automatically without any delay. So even though they can be uninstalled/hidden, it is not a permanent fix.
This app list contains almost 20 apps including Amazon, Audible, Lookout, Uber etc. Since several Sprint KEYone users have claimed not finding this problem on their phone, There is also a chance that it might be a bug with the SprintID app. So If you’re a Sprint KEYone user share your experience with the phone in below comment section.
