HTC U12 Image leak emerged online exhibiting Bezel-less design

Random HTC Image - Not HTC U12

Last year we saw HTC launching their high-end device from U series ‘U11’ and we are eagerly waiting for the arrival of next-gen flagship from HTC U series ‘U12’ in 2018. Now a new image leak of U12 has emerged online barely exposing its design. This render implies that the handset is going to feature a near bezel-less display screen. If this design is genuine then HTC is finally applying the latest bezel-less trend which other popular brands like Samsung and LG already bestowed in their flagships handsets. However, in this render, we can’t clearly observe the borders o the screen and where it ends with bezels. We also have reports from last year suggesting that U12 would be rolling with extremely thin bezels, and by the appearance, we observed in the latest render validate those reports.

Moreover, it has been speculated that the HTC U12 will include a 4K display screen, but also bear in mind that for the last few years several Sony handsets have incorporated 4K display, however they will merely function in 4K quality once 4K content was being used, therefore it’s feasible that the U12 may have a 4K display but operate in identical manner as Sony’s 4K handsets did. Having said that things will remain just rumors till we get official confirmation regarding this features.

These exposed images will do produce certain information regarding the handset’s design, like the positioning of the volume rockers and power key, which are located on the right section of the handset frame and the volume buttons are set above the power button. We also managed to find the position of the charging slot in the image which is placed at extreme mid-section in the lower part of the handset frame as on the most of HTC’s phones from past years. whilst we can’t identify which kind of charging slot it has, presumably it is going to be USB Type-C, as the U12 will be a high-end smartphone from HTC and they haven’t applied anything but USB Type-C on their best-known handsets. Additionally, we can also find a single front-facing camera seated right to the phone’s earpiece in the top bezel. To date, this is likely the finest look at the forthcoming U12, yet better pictures could very well appear before the phone’s become official.
