American brand Vuzix is about to unveil their latest pair of AR(augmented reality) powered smart glasses within its Blade series of merchandise at the forthcoming International Consumer Electronics Show 2018 held in Las Vegas. The company has used their own unique optical waveguides and Cobra 2 display engine on their latest smart glasses to feel augmented reality in a see-through viewing mode. According to Vuzix, These set of smart glasses is going to be the first device in the smart glasses category that features a substantial virtual display combined with a weightless design, which is around 85 grams.
Vuzix Blade AR smart glasses can be used for both iOS and Android running handsets. These smart glasses will also feature weather notifications, event alerts, a video conference apparatus, sports and social feeds, biometrics, directions, and menus. This smart glasses can easily tell you location-aware imagery no matter where you are even though the handset is hidden in an isolated place. It is also believed that users will be allowed to set the field of view and brightness based on their preferences to make sure that the smart glasses can be used effectively at both outdoors and indoors. Additionally, it will also permit users to enjoy their preferred games designed to be operated without using the hands since AG smart glasses aids this kind of computing and connectivity elements.

These smart glasses are also powered by Alexa voice assistant to aid voice commands.
