Xiaomi is the 5th biggest handset producer in the globe. Other than manufacturing handsets, they also create fitness gadgets, smart home products, laptops, smart watches, drones even more. Now a new report by Bloomberg suggests that Xiaomi is contemplating on purchasing GoPro.
Established by Nick Woodman in 2002, GoPro is a reputable company that offers action cameras. But, the firm appears to be stricken by financial problems for quite a while. In 2016, it had laid off approximately 600 workers. In January, the firm ended their drone business. Woodman had moreover verified to the media that he is willing to sell the firm. We cannot find any reports presented on the details of the deal which may take place between Xiaomi and GoPro. Even so, it is rumored that GoPro could get around a billion dollars from the trade.
