OnePlus 5T Sandstone White edition displayed on retail site ahead of its release

OnePlus are forecasted to introduce a ‘Sandstone’ edition of the OnePlus 5T on January 5. On Wednesday, only a couple of days before the release, the firm has shared an advert video clip of OnePlus 5T Sandstone White edition on their twitter account. OnePlus also presented a banner through their formal Weibo account hinting a release on January 5, that is tomorrow. Although the banner does not disclose the moniker of the device which is to be unveiled, it undeniably points to the forthwith launch of the Sandstone White edition of the OnePlus 5T. Today, the Sandstone White OnePlus 5T had been seen posted on a Chinese retail store website JD .com.

 

Based on the vendor detailing, the Sandstone White colored edition is going to feature 8GB RAM together with 128GB of inbuilt memory. When it comes to price, the latest variant is priced at 3,499 Yuan (INR-35,000 USD 552). We believe that OnePlus will release the latest Sandstone White OnePlus 5T in Chinese market before taking it to the international markets. Considering the specs side, OnePlus 5T carries a 6-inch, 18:9 Bezel-less 1080p HD AMOLED screen with 2160×1080 screen resolution. The screen is also additionally safeguarded with a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The handset will run on an octa-core Snapdragon 835 SoC processor and will operate on OnePlus’s custom-made Oxygen OS in accordance with 7.1.1 Android Nougat. The device will be powered by a 3,300mAh battery with quick charge support. The device will be made available in two versions, one with 6GB RAM together with 64GB inbuilt storage and the other one with 8GB RAM and a 128GB of internal memory.

When it comes to image sensors, the OnePlus 5T has an inbuilt dual backside camera system(16MP + 20MP). For the selfie shooting, the handset provides a 16 Megapixel camera on the front side. The handset also includes other standard utilities like  Type-C USB, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11, 4G LTE support, NFC, GPS (GLONASS and BeiDou) and essential sensors.
